Moser has been through a lot since he was living on the streets. He showed up to a stray colony with a collar on, clearly a pet once. He was heavily matted and with a badly fractured hip socket. It has been operated on, now fully recovered but he will always walk with a limp. He will do best in a quiet adult home with an experienced cat lover that respects cats and their unique personalities,  Moser will be a loving companion and will delight you with his adorable vocalizations.
