Martini (west)

Hi, my name is MARTINI - ID#A4335783.
I am a spayed female, black Labrador Retriever, American Pit Bull Terrier mix, and I weigh about 53 lbs.  The shelter staff think I am about 1 year and 1 month old, and I have been at the shelter since November 01, 2019.
Martini s a sweet, shy one-year-old lab mix who is undersocialized with dogs, but not aggressive.  She does not know how to walk on a leash yet, ad  she had to be ubered to the yard.  She did come up for treats and is super sweet.  Martini was adopted for one day, but was so frightened, she kept escaping, and adopter returned her to the shelter.   It is important to remember that newly adopted dogs need to be kept restrained at all times in a new home for a period of time to allow the dog to be accustomed to its surroundings.  One day is not enough time for a dog to acclimate.  Martini will need a kind, patient and loving home.  Probably best with no small children, as it will need to be quiet.  Since Martini has been at the shelter over a month already, and has a "returned" on her record, she is now at risk to be euthanized.  Please consider this sweet, "trainable" girl for your next furry family member.
"URGENT" If you have no breed restrictions, please call ASAP = 520-800-4633
