Poncho

ARRIVES SUNDAY AUG 11

Animal Profile: Poncho is a young at heart but old soul estimated 6-year-old purebred male German Shepherd, about 70 lbs but 10-15 lbs underweight, who we just rescued from a high kill shelter in California. Our volunteer says he is "divine, walks well on leash and is a touch feely boy... friendly with all people and non-reactive to dogs big or small." We will share more information as we get to know him!

Seattle Foster Updates:  Stay tuned!

Adoption Info:  Adoption fee is $450, which includes spay/neuter, current rabies/DAPPV/bordetella vaccinations, microchip, health certificate, and heartworm test. All adoption fees are donations to a Washington non-profit corporation and all donations go to benefit the animals in our rescue.

Apply online at www.DogGoneSeattle.org

Animal History: Poncho was picked up as a stray in San Bernadino and brought to a high kill shelter. We rescued him and he will be arriving to Seattle on Sunday Aug 11th and will be available for adoption in the Seattle Area after evaluation in a foster home.

About Foster to Adopt Program:  Fosters provide a safe landing spot for dogs transitioning from the shelter environment and help prepare the dogs for adoption. You provide the love and structure, and we take care of everything else! We cover all vet care, and drive the adoption process. Average length of foster is 2-3 weeks. Fosters do get first consideration for adoption, if desired.
