About Kel:    Kel is available to be fostered through TCPR starting April 14th! Please apply to foster this dog here ( https://www.twincitiespetrescue.org/how-to-foster/foster-a-dog/ ), and indicate in your application that you are interested in fostering Kel. Fosters typically have two weeks to decide whether they are interested in adopting their foster dog before a dog is posted for adoption, so this is a great way to get "first dibs" on an incoming dog. Plus, fostering is FREE—TCPR covers all veterinary, supply, and food expenses for TCPR foster dogs. If you have any questions about fostering this dog, please check out our foster handbook here ( https://bit.ly/2HY1jOh ) or email   fosterdogs@twincitiespetrescue.org  . All known information about Kel is posted here.

We are not currently accepting adoption applications or adoption inquiries for Kel. If you inquire about or apply to adopt Kel and are not interested in fostering first, you will be instructed to submit or resubmit an application when he or she is posted for adoption, and we may or may not have a timeline for when this will be. Unfortunately, because of the large volume of correspondence and applications that we receive, we cannot make exceptions to this process at this time.

Adoption Fee: $450

Training Requirement:  Yes, basic obedience 1 or puppy class required.

MEET ME/ADOPT ME:  If you’d like to arrange a meeting or begin the adoption process, please fill out an adoption application by visiting  www.twincitiespetrescue.org/adopt/adopt-a-dog/ . A volunteer from Twin Cities Pet Rescue will contact you once your application is reviewed.

FOSTER HOMES NEEDED!!!  Twin Cities Pet Rescue is a volunteer-run, foster home-based organization. We can only rescue as many animals as available foster homes. Please consider saving the life of an animal in need and become a volunteer foster home today. To become a foster, fill out a dog or cat foster application on the Twin Cities Pet Rescue website:  www.twincitiespetrescue.org . There is little to no cost to foster an animal. Twin Cities Pet Rescue provides its foster families with food, supplies, and veterinary care for its animals. All you need to do is supply the love!

PLEASE NOTE: Twin Cities Pet Rescue does not adopt to homes further than 60 miles from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro Area.
