Eddie and Peggy

Please contact Kathryn (kittycityks@aol.com) for more information about this pet.

Our adoption center is open both Saturday & Sunday every weekend! Saturday's noon-5pm & Sunday's noon-4pm.

Eddie and Peggy were discovered together in the Northland after being separated from their mom and siblings. These two stayed by each other’s side until they were rescued and brought to Kitty City and, due to their journey, are a bonded pair.

Eddie is a handsome young orange tabby with a fun, easy-going personality. He loves to play with anything on a stick or you can find him chasing after a ball or a toy mouse although his favorite toy is his sister! He has a HUGE purr and loves to be the center of attention. He’s a hugger, a paw kneader (dance time!) and a nose rubber! He is a sweet, sweet boy and will be an amazing addition to any family. He hasn’t always felt comfortable in the adoption center and can sometimes hiss or act afraid but he doesn’t do this in his foster home.

Peggy is a young beautiful striped tabby with gorgeous amber eyes.  She has a very sweet personality and loves to follow around her foster family. Peggy loves to play with pipe cleaners, toy mice, balls and is a climber; often found on the very top spot of the cat tree. She also has potential to be a fetcher and she could definitely take home a gold in any kitty Gymnastics contest!  She loves to be held like a baby and have her tummy rubbed and might appear a bit timid at first but quickly joins in on the fun. She’s a sweetheart and you’ll fall in love with her instantly. Like her brother, she doesn’t always felt comfortable in the adoption center and can sometimes hiss or act afraid but this doesn’t happen in her foster home.

They are both great with other cats and, while they haven’t been around a dog in their foster home, would most likely easily adapt to one. They should also be great with kids. These two have been through a lot together and are looking for their forever family.  A family that will make them feel safe and loved. The lucky family that adopts this pair will be rewarded with much joy and unconditional love.

Eddie and Peggy were born approximately May 18, 2018, and their adoption fee is $55, or adopt 2, and the 2nd is half off. They are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and worming, tested negative for feline leukemia and entitled to a free well exam from Mariposa Veterinary Wellness Center.

You can visit our adoptable cats and kittens during weekend business hours at our adoption center, address and times above. During the week, all our kitties live in licensed foster homes, and while most do come to the adoption center each weekend, not every kitty attends every weekend. For more information, or to confirm whether a particular cat or kitten will be present that weekend, please email kittycitks@aol.com. During weekend business hours you can also call 913-971-0101.
